Golf: Designed by Tom Fazio, the world-class 7,435 yard par 72 course offers competitive play inside the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Surrounded by meandering creeks, gently sloping fairways and undulating greens, the course offers an enjoyable, but challenging play for golfers of all levels.
Clubhouse: Full service golf and tennis clubhouses with pro shops and grills.
Equestrian: Named the Best Equestrian Community by Mountain Homes- Southern Style's elite 2008 Best of the Mountains list, the community's state-of-the-art equestrian center offers full boarding, trail rides, lessons, and training. In addition to 20 acres of lush pasture, a dressage arena and a large jumping arena, the community has fifteen miles of well-groomed riding trails.
Fitness: The planned Fitness Center will overlook the 19th Hog Hole on the golf course. Features will include Nautilus strength-training equipment, Star Trac cardio machines, staffed trainers, massage therapy, locker rooms, steam rooms and saunas.

Rod & Gun Club: The future club will have cabins along the Green River for members and guests to fly-fish for mountain trout or engage in the 12 shooting stations.
Swim & Tennis: The planned facility will feature resort-style pool with stone decking, five tennis courts (two hard surface courts), and a clubhouse with locker rooms, pro shop, and snack bar.
Members' Lodge & Villas: Now open, the lodge offers luxurious guest accommodations with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and the 19th hole, otherwise known as the Hog Hole.
Utilities: A unique "fiber-to-home" community. All properties have high-speed Internet, free local and long distance phone service, 250 television channels and video on demand, plus in home conferencing. Public water, sewer and natural gas; all utilities are underground.
Healthcare: St. Luke's Hospital in Columbus, NC is a 24-hour emergency, acute, and primary care facility. Spartanburg Regional Medical Center and Asheville's Mission-St. Joseph's Health system are also nearby.
