Welcome to the home page of Eastwood Village and thank you for visiting. We are located in Western North Carolina in Forest City, which is about an hour's drive from Charlotte and also from Asheville. Eastwood Village is a planned adult community designed for active people. We have designed Eastwood with several goals in mind:
* Preserving capital This we accomplish by home ownership.
* Minimal monthly costs This we addressed by giving the owners the right to choose what services they need and when they need them. A monthly fee of only $70.00 is assessed to cover the ongoing services.
* An array of services We offer meals, maid-service, transportation, minor maintenance, activities and emergency nursing service.
* Nursing services In conjunction with Fair Haven Nursing Home, which is adjacent to Eastwood, we can offer skilled nursing services as well as assisted living services.
