Welcome to Golden LivingCenter – Lumberton. We are a skilled nursing facility located in Lumberton, N.C., about five minutes from the Southeastern Regional Medical Center. We are proud to be a 2008 recipient of the American Health Care Association (AHCA) / National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) Step I Quality Award. This award recognizes facilities that demonstrate a strong commitment to principles of continuous improvement by delivering ever-improving value to residents and other customers, improving overall organizational effectiveness and capabilities, and serving as a champion for organizational and personal learning.
In addition to providing quality long-term care, we also provide short-term care for those recovering from an illness, injury or surgery. Our services include physical, speech and occupational therapy, wound care and an Alzheimer’s care unit. Our patients and residents may also enjoy many recreational and social activities, including spiritual services and bingo.
