Apartments
f you appreciate the ease of access to amenities and activities, as well as convenience to dining, apartment living may be for you.
Efficiency, one and two-bedroom garden apartments feature comfortable living with patios and garden areas or balconies, where you can relax and take in the scenic mountain views. A few newly-renovated apartments offer more options and even more living space. In Prentice Lodge, you will appreciate independent apartment living with customized assistance from our housekeeper / companion staff. Three meals with wait service are available each day.
Homes
Our Condominiums provide spacious living and a genuine feel of openness with outside decks or patios. These two and three bedroom-units have lovely views of mountains and streams. Our one - two cluster homes - or three - bedroom Cluster Homes in groupings of four or six offer pleasant living in charming one-level houses with sun rooms and screened porches.
Our four freestanding homes are on a knoll overlooking Highland Farms. These one and two-level homes offer unique floor plans with additional rooms for more spacious living.

It is a long-established fact that as we age, the need for social stimulation and activity does not diminish. We realize that everyone has differing interests and passions in life. However, at Highland Farms, an array of activities and amenities provides options indoors and out to keep you as active as you would like.
