Lutheran Home at Trinity Oaks strives to provide older adults with quality care and quality of life. Founded in 1976, state-of-the-art rehabilitation services were added in 2005. In 2007, a one million dollar renovation of existing services was completed. The Virginia Casey Center, a special wing dedicated to the needs of people with Alzheimer's disease and memory impairment, was also completed in 2007. Respite and vacation care are available.
