Pittsboro Christian Village is truly a special place for special people! Located in the beautiful Piedmont Section of Central North Carolina the Village was established to be a testimony to the faithfulness of God. The necessities of life, a Christian environment, fellowship, care and love are just a part of what Pittsboro Christian Village has to offer its Christian senior adults. Pittsboro Christian Village is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with primarily two levels/stages of care; Independent Living and Assisted Living.

Location
Centrally located in the historical Piedmont Section of beautiful North Carolina, the Village is just the place for the retiring adult (62 years of age and older) who desires the right combination of solitude, programmed activity, warm friendship, true Christian fellowship and convenience. Nearby Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill provide city conveniences, while the small town of Pittsboro is rich with local culture. The hometown, neighborly feel of the Village gives residents a sense of safety, security, and belonging.

Lifestyle

Spiritual growth is nurtured through regular chapel services, monthly ministry conferences, bible study & prayer, bible reading and plenty of opportunity for good, old fashioned, Christian fellowship. Opportunities to swim, shop, dine out, fish or play golf are just a few of the amenities. Residents participate in organized game time, singing, crafts and exercise classes. Our attentive, caring and well-trained staff is committed to the comfort and care of our residents. Pittsboro Christian Village is not lacking in volunteer help from neighboring assemblies as well as our own residents! Residents enjoy being a part of what make our Village a home and whole-heartedly volunteer their much-needed help.
We at Pittsboro Christian Village take every opportunity to remember a birthday, anniversary, and other special days. Sometimes we just make them up... like "PCV wear a hat day". Family members and friends as well as friends of the village are encouraged to visit our residents.

Independent Living
Independent living accommodations at the Village are designed to meet the needs of each individual resident or married couple. Available in the Manor House are studio apartments and efficiency apartments. Three well-balanced, nutritious meals are provided daily in the Manor House giving the residents there the opportunity for devotions and fellowship with other residents. Special diets are given attention by the dietary staff. Laundry facilities and mail services are offered residents, with housekeeping services provided on a weekly basis. Also available are lovely two or three bedroom cottages and two bed room patio homes for residents who desire a more independent lifestyle, yet desire the opportunity to participate in activities sponsored by the Village staff and residents.

Assisted Living
Our Care Home provides wonderful accommodations to our residents needing the level of care of Assisted Living. We are a licensed North Carolina Adult Care Home. Our Care Home provides assistance for residents with chronic care needs excluding 24-hour skilled nursing care. Assisted Living services include helping a resident in bathing, dressing, taking medications, and other activities of daily living. Our Care Home is located in the Manor House and offers around the clock assisted living services. In addition to providing assistance in typical activities of daily living, we also provide services of nutritious snacks in addition to meals, personal laundry service, linen service, housekeeping, mail service, programmed and informal activities, and emergency call system. Transportation is also provided for Care Home residents medical and business appointments. For emergency and extensive medical care, there are hospitals and skilled nursing facilities as close as Siler City, Sanford, Durham, and Chapel Hill. Doctors and paramedics are just minutes away.
