Summer Winds is an unobstructed ocean view complex
that is home to condominiums and townhomes ranging from
the 320’s to the 750’s. It is located approximately two miles north
of the Surf City Swing bridge on Topsail Island. This complex
was started in 2003 with the townhome phase and completed
in the spring of 2007 with Phase III, the condominiums.
Summer Winds has been a wonderful place to bring
the family for a summer vacation, and now has become a
powerhouse for luxury and investment. Summer Winds features
amenities such as a community pool and private gazebo
allowing direct beach access, helping it to become a
smart place for ownership.
