Twin Lakes is a Continuing Care Retirement Community located in the Piedmont of North Carolina, halfway between the mountains and the beaches of this lovely state. Twin Lakes is a village-like campus situated on 180 pastoral acres in the southeastern United States, located near Interstate 85/40 with easy access to the highway. The climate in North Carolina is temperate and offers four distinct seasons. Twin Lakes residents delight in the autumn colors as the maples turn a splendid orange. Residents anticipate the blossoms of dogwoods, azaleas and Bradford pears during the colorful springtime. The summers boast of warmth and beautiful crepe myrtles while the winters are cool with an occasional smattering of snow. The people, the area, the events all converge to create a small town atmosphere enriched with activities to enhance one's lifestyle.

Twin Lakes campus offers independent, retirement living in freestanding Garden Homes, Cluster Homes in duplex and triplex arrangements, Villas, or Apartments.
